Five tips to help you sell your home
 
Keep these in mind...it will help you sell your home quickly and for top dollar. 

1.   Take good quality staged photos for your online ads. 
 
Since over 90% of home buyers start their search on the internet, your ads are the all important 'first impression'.  They must show your home in its best light.
  

2.    Have 'wow' curb appeal.
 
Most home buyers will do a drive-by before deciding if the home is worth a second look.  It has to look great outside to entice them to look inside.  
 
 

3.  Neutralize your home.
 
To appeal to the broadest range of buyers, it is best to paint your walls in a neutral...and there are dozens of neutrals besides beige!
 

4.  Do any needed repairs.
 
A leaky faucet, a cracked tile will just encourage lowball offers.  Fix them!
 
 

5.   Do any cost effective updates.
 
 Updating flooring, faucets, cabinet hardware, light fixtures and countertops will all bring a great return on investment.
